Dennis Kneale of CNBC: Why the Economy Is Stuck
Ok, Dennis Kneale of CNBC: Here is a response to your "economic Pollyanna" tale with some facts drawn from your own story with April Charney. The reason we are out of money and out of credit (and such an economy cannot recover) is that the MERS-type banks have been defrauding homeowners, taking their payments although the banks have no notes (since they swore off getting notes, adopting MERS and the like); and even though they do not have notes, they have been foreclosing by "shamming" Judges with pretense and fraud on the Court claiming they did have the notes, without evidence (but read about the Judges who have wised up here). The government needs to stop banks from shamming the Courts to get foreclosures they never had notes to deserve, and make the banks pay back all those payments improperly and unjustifiably taken from the people when the banks never acquired their notes.
